The church and its organizations shall not discriminate against officers, members, employees, applicants, students, and others on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin. The church and its organizations shall admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students and shall be racially nondiscriminatory in the administration of all of its policies and programs
